A VRF (Variable Refrigerant Flow) air conditioner — also called a VRV or “multi-split” system — connects one outdoor unit to two or more indoor units through a single refrigerant circuit. Each indoor unit is controlled independently, so hotels, offices and apartments only cool the rooms that are occupied, cutting energy costs significantly compared to fixed-capacity systems.
We supply DC inverter VRF systems with single-module capacities from 25.2 kW to 90 kW that can be combined into much larger networks. T3-condition compressors are rated at 46 °C ambient (ISO 5151) and engineered for continuous operation up to 52 °C for Gulf countries, while EVI versions operate reliably in extreme cold climates.

CHV PRO modules reach EER 4.75 W/W and COP 5.50 W/W at the 8 HP size, with total piping up to 1,000 m and a 110 m outdoor-to-indoor height difference. T3-rated modules keep roughly 88% of T1 cooling capacity at 46 °C DB (8 HP: 25.2 kW T1 / 22.2 kW T3). FAQ — VRF Systems
What is the maximum piping length of your VRF system?
CHV PRO outdoor modules support up to 1,000 m of total piping per system, with 200 m actual length (240 m equivalent) to the farthest indoor unit and up to 110 m of height difference between outdoor and indoor units — enough headroom for most high-rise and campus layouts.
Do you offer T3 versions for Gulf climates?
Yes. T3 modules carry dual T1/T3 ratings — the 8 HP unit delivers 25.2 kW at T1 (35 °C) and 22.2 kW at T3 (46 °C DB). Cooling operates from -5 °C to 55 °C ambient, customizable to -10 °C, and the cooling-only version runs down to -15 °C.
What indoor-to-outdoor connection ratio is allowed?
Indoor units can be connected at 50% to 130% of outdoor module capacity. Sizing near 100% preserves rated output in every room, while diversity up to 130% suits hotels and offices where rooms rarely peak at the same time.
Are 60 Hz versions available?
Yes. The 60 Hz outdoor modules use the HYR1 designation with a 380-415 V/3N/60 Hz power supply, and the T3 catalogue includes full 60 Hz data pages with T1 cooling EER up to 12.65 (Btu/h)/W. Tell us your grid frequency and voltage and we will confirm the matching model codes.
