Overview
The Mini VRF brings full variable-refrigerant-flow technology to smaller buildings. A slim, quiet outdoor unit serves several indoor units of mixed types, freeing façade space and giving each room independent control — the standard choice for high-end villas and small offices across the Gulf and Africa.

Mini VRF piping reaches 100 m in total, with 70 m to the farthest indoor unit and a 30 m outdoor-to-indoor height difference; the side-discharge three-phase series extends total piping to 120 m. Single-phase units run on 220-240 V/1N/50 Hz power with sound levels of ≤54–57 dB(A). Heating operates down to -15°C ambient, and the side-discharge series continues to -20°C.

What is the difference between Mini VRF and normal split AC?
A Mini VRF runs several indoor units of different types from one outdoor unit with inverter capacity control — better comfort, less outdoor space, lower running cost than multiple splits.
Is single-phase power available?
Yes, smaller capacities are available in 220–240 V single phase; larger models use three phase. Tell us your site power supply and we will select accordingly.
What are the piping limits of a Mini VRF system?
Total refrigerant piping can reach 100 m, with up to 70 m to the farthest indoor unit and a 30 m height difference between outdoor and indoor units (20 m when the outdoor unit sits below). The side-discharge three-phase series extends total piping to 120 m, which covers most two- and three-storey villa layouts without special engineering.
How quiet is the Mini VRF outdoor unit?
Sound levels start at ≤54 dB(A) on the 8 kW single-phase unit and stay within ≤57 dB(A) up to the 16 kW model, so the outdoor unit can sit on a balcony near living areas. Side-discharge three-phase models run 56–60 dB(A), and the slim casing helps screen them behind villa parapets or service yards.
What indoor-to-outdoor connection ratio is allowed?
Connected indoor capacity can range from 50% to 130% of the outdoor unit rating. On a 12.5 kW Mini VRF that means roughly 6.3 to 16.3 kW of indoor units, so designers can apply diversity in villas where all rooms rarely run at once. Our team verifies the ratio in every room-by-room selection.
