Every Shangfeng HVAC shipment includes a 12-month warranty from commissioning, English documentation, remote commissioning support and long-term spare parts supply.
When you import commercial HVAC from China, after-sales is where a supplier proves itself — or disappears. This page sets out exactly what support comes with our equipment, in plain terms, so you know what to expect before you place an order.
Warranty, In Plain Terms
Our warranty covers manufacturing defects and is backed by spare parts support from the factory. For larger projects, extended warranty terms can be built into the offer — ask at quotation.
| Item | Standard term |
|---|---|
| Warranty period | 12 months from commissioning, up to 18 months from shipment |
| Coverage | Manufacturing defects |
| Spare parts | Supplied to support warranty claims; long-term availability after warranty |
| Extended warranty | Available in project offers — confirm at quotation |
| Documentation | English manuals, wiring diagrams, warranty card |
If Something Arrives Damaged
Our equipment ships in cartons with wooden crates or pallets to minimise transit risk, but ocean and rail freight are never zero-risk. If a shipment arrives with visible damage, the process that protects you is simple:
- Inspect the cargo before signing the delivery receipt — note any damage on the receipt itself
- Photograph the packaging and the affected units from multiple angles
- Notify us and your cargo insurer promptly, with photos and the packing list
From there we work with you on replacement parts or units case by case — the fastest path depends on what was damaged and where the shipment is, so we do not promise a one-size-fits-all timeline we cannot keep. What we do promise is a response within 24 hours, usually faster. For how insurance and claims fit into the wider import process, see our shipping guide.
Commissioning & Installation Support
Support starts before the container ships. Every order includes installation drawings and wiring diagrams, with digital copies sent in advance so your team can prepare the site. At start-up, our engineers guide your technicians through remote video commissioning — checking wiring, settings and first run together over a live call. For larger projects, we send commissioning engineers to site and provide installation training for your local teams. System design assistance is free at the quotation stage, so equipment selections are matched to the project from the start.
Spare Parts
Our strong recommendation to every importer: order a spare parts kit with the main shipment. Sensors, control boards and valves are the items you will most likely want on the shelf, and packing them into the same container adds no separate shipping cost — accessories and spares are consolidated in the same shipment.
- Spare parts kits configured for your exact models — sensors, boards, valves
- Consolidated in the same container as the main equipment
- Long-term availability, so you can reorder parts years after purchase
Documentation in English
Every unit ships with English manuals, wiring diagrams and a warranty card. Digital copies are sent in advance of delivery, so installers and consultants can review them before the equipment lands. If your project needs documentation formatted for a specific submission, tell us at quotation — as an OEM/ODM manufacturer under ISO9001, we are used to working to customer documentation requirements.
Frequently Asked Questions
What does the warranty cover?
The warranty covers manufacturing defects for 12 months from commissioning, up to 18 months from shipment, backed by spare parts support from the factory. Extended terms are available in project offers — confirm at quotation.
How do warranty claims work?
Send us the unit serial number with photos or video of the issue via WhatsApp or email — we reply within 24 hours, usually faster. Our engineers diagnose the fault, typically starting with a remote video session, and confirmed manufacturing defects are resolved with spare parts support.
Can I buy spare parts later, after the warranty ends?
Yes. We provide long-term spare parts supply, so you can order sensors, boards, valves and other components years after the original purchase. The most economical option is still to include a spare parts kit in the original container.
Do you support our installation teams?
Yes. Installation drawings and wiring diagrams come with every shipment, our engineers run remote video commissioning with your technicians, and for larger projects we provide on-site commissioning engineers and installation training.
Ask us anything about support before you order.
