A rooftop packaged unit combines compressor, evaporator, condenser and controls in one weather-proof cabinet installed on the roof — no plant room, no split refrigerant piping, fast installation. That is why they dominate cooling for warehouses, exhibition halls, gyms, supermarkets and cinemas.
Our rooftop package units integrate cooling, heating and air purification, with electronic expansion valve throttling and 380–415 V 3-phase 50/60 Hz power supply for international markets.
- All-in-one packaged design — installed and running within days
- Cooling capacities from 35 kW; larger tonnage available on request
- 50 Hz / 60 Hz, 380–415 V 3N power supply options
- Electronic expansion valve for precise refrigerant control
- External static pressure up to 130 Pa for ducted distribution
- Well suited to gymnasiums, exhibition centres, theatres, malls and workshops

Model Range Quick Reference
Our 60 Hz rooftop line covers 3/4/5-ton sizes in 13, 14, 16 and 18 SEER steps, all R410A; the 16+ SEER versions use EXV throttling and DC inverter compressors.

What SEER levels are available for the Americas?
Our 60 Hz rooftop packaged line is built in 3, 4 and 5-ton sizes across four efficiency steps: 13 SEER cooling-only, 14 SEER heat pump (HSPF 8.2), 16 SEER DC inverter, and an 18 SEER-class inverter series rated at SEER 17–19. All models run on 230 V/1 Ph/60 Hz power and use R410A refrigerant.
What roof preparation is needed?
A level concrete plinth or steel support frame rated for the unit weight (roughly 136–200 kg across the 3–5 ton 60 Hz sizes), duct openings with weather collars, and the correct power feed — 230 V/1 Ph/60 Hz for the Americas line or 380–415 V/3N for KFRH units. We provide the installation drawing with every order.
Do heat-pump rooftops work in winter?
Yes. The 60 Hz heat-pump rooftop units are rated for heating operation from 5°F to 89°F outdoor temperature (roughly -15°C to 32°C), with HSPF ratings of 8.2 to 8.5 depending on the series. For colder climates, send us your winter design temperature and our engineers will check the heating capacity at that condition.
Can fresh air sections be added?
Yes. Air handling sections such as fresh-air mixing and filtration can be combined with the rooftop unit for hygiene-sensitive applications — pharmaceutical, electronics, food and textile plants among them. The units deliver ducted supply air at up to 130 Pa external static pressure (110–130 Pa on KFRH models, roughly 50–57 Pa on the 60 Hz sizes).
