Overview
The GCHV VRF series is a commercial multi-split central air conditioning system: one air-cooled outdoor unit drives multiple evaporative indoor units through intelligent refrigerant flow control. Individual unit capacity runs from 25.2 kW to 90 kW, and modules combine into much larger systems for medium and large projects.
Compressors are DC inverter scroll units from Hitachi, with T1 and T3 condition versions to meet both normal and hot-climate countries such as Saudi Arabia and Qatar, plus EVI technology for ultra-low-temperature regions like Canada and Russia.
Total piping can reach 1,000 m, with 200 m actual (240 m equivalent) to the farthest indoor unit and up to 110 m of outdoor-to-indoor height difference. Cooling operates from -5 °C to 55 °C ambient (customizable to -10 °C; the cooling-only version works down to -15 °C), and the EVI heat pump heats down to -30 °C. At T3 conditions (46 °C DB) the 8 HP module still delivers 22.2 kW of its 25.2 kW T1 rating.
For smaller buildings, the single-phase Mini VRF series covers 8–16 kW, and the VRF indoor unit range spans 2.2–28 kW across ten types.

FAQ — GCHV VRF System
Do you have T3 versions for 50 °C+ ambient?
Yes. The GCHV series uses T1 and T3 condition compressors; the T3 version maintains cooling output in high-ambient Gulf conditions and is certified for Saudi Arabia (SASO), UAE (ESMA) and Kuwait (MEW).
Which indoor units can be connected?
4-way cassettes, concealed duct units (low/medium/high static), wall-mounted and floor-ceiling units — mixed freely on one system within the connection ratio.
Can you support system design?
Yes. Send us your floor plans and we will produce the VRF selection, piping diagram and electrical schedule free of charge.
What is the maximum piping length of the GCHV VRF system?
Total system piping can reach 1,000 m. The actual pipe run to the farthest indoor unit can be up to 200 m (240 m equivalent length), with a height difference of up to 110 m between outdoor and indoor units and 40 m between indoor units, which covers most high-rise and campus layouts we quote.
What indoor-to-outdoor capacity ratio is allowed?
Connected indoor capacity can range from 50% to 130% of the outdoor module rating, so selections can reflect real usage diversity in hotels and offices. The system is designed for a maximum operating pressure of 4.5 MPa on R410A, and outdoor modules from 25.2 kW to 90 kW combine to match larger loads.
