Overview
Light commercial ducted splits pair one outdoor unit with one concealed duct indoor unit — larger capacity than home split AC, usually from 18,000 BTU (1.5 ton) to 60,000 BTU (5 ton). The indoor unit hides above the false ceiling and distributes air through ducts and grilles, keeping interiors clean and quiet.
The COU-V series runs DC inverter compressors from 10–120 rps for precise capacity control and low energy bills, with single-phase and three-phase power options.

Fixed-Speed Series (Universal Outdoor)
The fixed-speed universal outdoor series covers 18,000–60,000 Btu/h (5.3–16.0 kW) and cools in ambient temperatures from 18 °C to 50 °C. One outdoor unit pairs with a medium-static or high-static concealed duct indoor unit.

The 18K outdoor unit also accepts cassette, ceiling-floor and other indoor types, and the 36K size is available in a three-phase version (COU-36HSR1-C, 380–415 V/3N/50 Hz).
T3 High-Ambient Ducted Series
T3 ducted units carry a dual T1/T3 rating and operate continuously from -7 °C to 55 °C ambient. The 60K-class fixed-speed T3 unit delivers 58,000 Btu/h at T1 conditions and 51,500 Btu/h at the T3 rating point.

Cassette or ducted — which should I choose?
Ducted units disappear completely and serve several grilles; cassettes are faster to install where a single 600×600 or 950×950 ceiling opening works. We supply both — tell us the room layout and we will advise.
Is a T3 version available for 50 °C summers?
Yes, T3 tropical versions with high-ambient compressors and condensers are available across the range.
What static pressure options are available on ducted indoor units?
Three tiers cover most duct designs: standard medium-ESP indoor units deliver 30–70 Pa (fixed at 50 Pa on the 24K and 36K sizes), high-static CTH models reach 120 Pa for longer duct networks, and the T3 inverter ducted series adjusts between 50 and 100 Pa. How much cooling capacity does a T3 unit keep in extreme heat?
The 60K-class T3 ducted unit is rated 17.0 kW at T1 conditions and 15.05 kW at the T3 rating point of 46 °C — roughly 88% of nominal capacity retained. The whole T3 series, fixed-speed and inverter alike, is factory-rated for continuous operation from -7 °C up to 55 °C ambient.
What refrigerant pipe length do ducted splits support?
Fixed-speed ducted splits support a maximum refrigerant line of 15 m with an 8 m height difference on the 18K size, and 20 m with a 10 m drop from the 24K through 60K sizes. If your riser or horizontal run exceeds these figures, mention it in the enquiry so we can confirm a suitable configuration.
