What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
For standard light commercial models and fan coil units, trial orders of a single unit or set are typically welcome. Central plant equipment — VRF systems and chillers — is normally quoted per project, and small pilot configurations can usually be arranged. Project quantities receive tiered pricing; OEM production runs have model-specific minimums confirmed at quotation.
Which payment terms do you accept?
Commonly T/T (bank transfer) with a deposit and balance before shipment; L/C at sight is available for larger orders. Exact terms are agreed per order and stated clearly on the proforma invoice.
How long is the delivery time?
In-stock standard models ship quickly; produced-to-order equipment typically requires 15–30 days depending on model and quantity, plus sea freight. Every quotation states the current lead time.
What warranty do you provide?
Standard warranty is 12 months from commissioning (up to 18 months from shipment), covering manufacturing defects with spare parts support. Extended warranty and spare-parts kits can be included in project offers.
Are your units certified for my country?
Our VRF and AC ranges carry SASO (Saudi Arabia), ESMA (UAE), Kuwait MEW, EUROVENT, SGS and CE certificates — see the Certificates page. For other markets, certification can be arranged per project.
Do you supply 60 Hz / T3 tropical versions?
Yes. Most ranges offer 60 Hz electrical versions and T3 high-ambient designs that maintain cooling output in 50 °C+ summers — specify your grid and climate when you inquire.
Can you help with system design?
Yes, free of charge with your inquiry: send architectural plans or room dimensions and our engineers return equipment selection, capacity calculations and piping/electrical schematics.
Do you offer installation support?
We provide installation drawings, remote video supervision, and — for larger projects — on-site commissioning engineers and installation training for your local team.
Can you produce under our brand (OEM/ODM)?
Yes. Chillers, fan coil units, AHUs and light commercial units can be manufactured to your brand, colours and packaging in our own factory under ISO9001 quality management.
How do you pack equipment for sea freight?
Carton + wooden case/crate or pallets engineered for container transport and transshipment handling. Accessories are consolidated into the same shipment so nothing arrives missing.

Can I place a trial order without a full container?
Yes. Standard light commercial models and fan coils typically ship as single-unit trial orders, and LCL (groupage) is available so you see the landed cost before committing. For VRF and chiller lines, ask about small pilot configurations — quoted per project — see our shipping guide. Once the unit is verified, most buyers move to full-container repeat orders.
What are the typical payment stages?
Commonly a T/T deposit (around 30%) with the balance before shipment, exactly as stated on the proforma invoice; L/C at sight is available for larger orders. For single-unit trial orders, a simple 100% T/T before shipment is usually more economical than an L/C, whose bank fees can exceed the value of one unit.
How do I know my payment is going to the right account?
Our bank account name matches our registered company name, Henan Shangfeng HVAC Engineering Co., Ltd., and the details are stated on the proforma invoice. If bank details ever appear to change, do not pay — confirm by video call with your known contact first.
Can I arrange third-party inspection before shipment?
Yes, and we encourage it: SGS, BV or your own appointed agent can inspect the goods before container loading, and payment milestones can be aligned with a passed inspection.
How can I verify your company is real?
We are registered in Henan, China as Henan Shangfeng HVAC Engineering Co., Ltd. (河南上风暖通工程有限公司) Ask for our business license and certificate numbers, book a live video factory tour, or verify the registration through your sourcing agent.
What documents arrive with the shipment?
Commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin (Form E or RCEP where applicable), the quality certificates for your market, and English manuals with the warranty card. Digital copies are available before the goods arrive.
Which markets do your certificates cover?
SASO/SABER for Saudi Arabia, ESMA for the UAE, Kuwait MEW, and CE plus EUROVENT for Europe — see our market pages for details. For other markets, certification is arranged per project.
Do you build 60 Hz versions?
Yes. Most ranges are available in 60 Hz for Saudi Arabia, the Philippines and the Americas — state your grid (voltage, phases, frequency) in the inquiry and we quote the matching build.
Are fan coil units affected by the EU F-Gas Regulation?
Fan coil units and AHUs contain no refrigerant of their own, so the F-Gas placing-on-market bans do not apply to them. For refrigerant-bearing equipment (VRF, chillers, splits), the compliant path depends on model and refrigerant — we confirm it for your market at quotation.
What happens after I submit an inquiry?
