For standard models the MOQ is typically 1 unit/set — we welcome trial orders from first-time buyers. Project quantities receive tiered pricing; OEM production runs have model-specific minimums that we confirm at quotation.

Commonly T/T (bank transfer) with a deposit and balance before shipment; L/C at sight is available for larger orders. Exact terms are agreed per order and stated clearly on the proforma invoice.

In-stock standard models ship quickly; produced-to-order equipment typically requires 15–30 days depending on model and quantity, plus sea freight. Every quotation states the current lead time.

Standard warranty is 12 months from commissioning (up to 18 months from shipment), covering manufacturing defects with spare parts support. Extended warranty and spare-parts kits can be included in project offers.

Our VRF and AC ranges carry SASO (Saudi Arabia), ESMA (UAE), Kuwait MEW, EUROVENT, SGS and CE certificates — see the Certificates page. For other markets, certification can be arranged per project.

Yes. Most ranges offer 60 Hz electrical versions and T3 high-ambient designs that maintain cooling output in 50 °C+ summers — specify your grid and climate when you inquire.

We provide installation drawings, remote video supervision, and — for larger projects — on-site commissioning engineers and installation training for your local team.

Yes. Chillers, fan coil units, AHUs and light commercial units can be manufactured to your brand, colours and packaging in our own factory under ISO9001 quality management.

Carton + wooden case/crate or pallets engineered for container transport and transshipment handling. Accessories are consolidated into the same shipment so nothing arrives missing.
