Two documents decide whether equipment clears UAE customs and gets past the consultant’s desk — and we hold both:
- ESMA / ECAS — the UAE conformity scheme for air conditioners. We hold ESMA certification; ask us for the certificate copies for the models on your order and check them with your customs broker before you commit.
- EUROVENT — widely specified by consultants in the UAE for fan coil units and chillers. We hold EUROVENT certification, so your submittal carries performance data consultants recognise — ask which ranges are covered for your project.
- Supporting documents — CE, ISO9001 and SGS-audited factory reports complete the submittal package.

For outdoor units we recommend T3 high-ambient versions as the standard choice for the UAE: rated at 46 °C per ISO 5151 and designed for continuous operation up to 52 °C. Power supply is typically 220–240 V / 50 Hz for the UAE — we confirm voltage, phase and frequency for every model at quotation.
Jebel Ali Re-Export Program
Dubai and Jebel Ali form a major re-export hub serving East Africa, Yemen and CIS markets, and many of our UAE customers are traders rather than end users. For them we run a dedicated program:
- Neutral or OEM packaging on OEM-able lines — chillers, fan coil units, AHUs and light commercial units can ship under your brand or in unbranded cartons. VRF stays under the GCHV factory brand.
- Mixed containers — combine fan coils, ducted splits, chillers and accessories in one container, with a loading plan you approve before packing.
- Documentation support — commercial documents prepared with onward shipment in mind; tell us the destination market at order stage and we align the paperwork.

Shipping to the UAE
Sea freight from China to Jebel Ali typically takes 2–4 weeks, depending on carrier and season — we state the realistic current transit window on every proforma. Production is typically 15–30 days. For trial orders, LCL/groupage shipment is possible, so a single-unit trial order of light commercial units or fan coils does not need to wait for a full container. Ask us and we send the certificate copies with registration details for the models you intend to order, so you or your customs broker can check them against UAE import requirements before ordering. We would rather you verify first than face a surprise at clearance.
Can you pack under our brand for re-export?
Yes, on OEM-able lines: chillers, fan coil units, AHUs and light commercial units can be produced under your brand or in neutral packaging, manufactured under ISO9001. VRF remains under the GCHV factory brand. Model-specific OEM minimums are confirmed at quotation.
Can we start with a small trial order by LCL?
Yes. trial orders are typically welcome on standard light-commercial models/set on standard models, and LCL/groupage shipment to Jebel Ali is possible — a practical way to test quality, packing and documentation before committing to container volumes.
What is the total lead time to the UAE?
Production is typically 15–30 days depending on model and quantity, plus sea freight of typically 2–4 weeks to Jebel Ali. Both windows are confirmed on the proforma invoice, and we update you at each production milestone.
