Overview
Rooftop package units integrate cooling, heating and air purification in a single self-contained cabinet: compressor, evaporator and condenser are factory-assembled and tested, so site work is reduced to roof mounting, duct connection and power. Because they install on the roof, they free up every square metre inside the building.
The KFRH series covers 35–53 kW with heat-pump operation, electronic expansion valve throttling and gold-fin coated heat exchangers, running on 380–415 V 3N 50/60 Hz.

60 Hz Rooftop Series (Americas)
Alongside the 50 Hz KFRH series, a dedicated 60 Hz rooftop line for the Americas covers 3, 4 and 5 Ton sizes from 13 SEER fixed-speed up to an 18 SEER-class DC-inverter series, on R410A refrigerant. The 16 SEER and higher versions use electronic expansion valve throttling and DC inverter compressors.

What roof preparation is needed?
A level concrete plinth or steel frame rated for the unit weight, duct openings with weather collars, and a 3-phase power feed — we provide the installation drawing with every order.
Can fresh air and filtration sections be added?
Yes, air handling sections (fresh air mixing, filtration) can be combined for hygiene-sensitive industries.
Do you make 60 Hz rooftop units for the Americas?
Yes — a 230 V/1 Ph/60 Hz rooftop line in 3, 4 and 5 Ton sizes (33,500–56,500 Btu/h) runs from 13 SEER fixed-speed up to a 17–19 SEER DC-inverter series on R410A. Catalogue EER ratings span 10.0–10.7 Btu/(h·W), and the 14 and 16 SEER heat-pump versions are rated at HSPF 8.2 and 8.5 respectively.
What is the operating range of the 60 Hz rooftop series?
The 60 Hz series is rated for cooling at outdoor temperatures from 63 to 118 °F (roughly 17 to 48 °C), and the 18 SEER heat-pump series heats from 5 to 89 °F (roughly -15 to 32 °C). Operating limits for the 50 Hz KFRH models are confirmed against factory data at the quotation stage.
